Whenever you are signed in to Runchat and view a workflow that is in use by someone else, you will activate the Runchat presence system. The presence system displays other user’s display names or emails as well as their cursor position in the workflow. You can chat with other people by typing / and then entering your message and pressing enter to send.

Automatic Synchronization

When a team member makes changes to the workflow that are saved, these changes will by default be automatically sent to other connected users. This means that if another user has made local changes themselves that are not yet saved (e.g. they are entering a prompt or waiting for a node to finish running) these changes will be overwritten.

Manual Synchronization

You can disable the automatic synchronization by clicking the Auto toggle under the account menu in the top right of the canvas. You will then be prompted to confirm whether you want to load remote changes to the workflow or persist your local version.
You won’t see other user’s cursors if they aren’t signed in to Runchat.
