After creating a team and inviting team members, Admins and Owners can purchase subscriptions and credits for anyone on the team from the Manage Team window. This allows a single credit card and stripe account to purchase licenses for multiple users.
Credits are used and consumed by individual accounts and are not shared between members on the team.

Purchasing Subscriptions

To purchase a subscription for a team member, open the Manage Team window from the account menu in the Runchat dashboard or editor. Then click Manage Subscription for the team member you want to add a subscription to. This will launch the Stripe Customer Portal where you can enter your billing details and complete the payment.

Purchasing Credits

To purchase topup credits for a team member, click the Add Credits button next to the team member you want to purchase for.
